What Anime are you watching now?

Currently watching Sekko Boys.

Felt weird at first hearing them talk without them ever actually moving their lips (or any other part of their body, for that matter...) but once I got used to it the show was actually pretty good. Short too, which is especially good because I don't think most the jokes would work quite as well stretched out over 12-24 minutes.

Erased
This was the hot show of the season, and with good reason.
Gripping drama with some nice atmosphere, pacing and heart-warming moments, even if it was guilty of cliff-hanger ending abuse.

It was amusing watching discussions of this show going on in other forums, the opinion of the show seemed to differ greatly depending on whether or not people a) were watching the show unspoiled, or b) were watching it after having spoiled it for themselves reading the scanlated source material.

People are idiots, sometimes. And sometimes often.
Anyway- good show.

Silver Spoon
A really good coming-of-age show set in an agricultural school. The setting alone makes it stand out and stand above most other toons in its genre. It’s occasionally educational as much as it is funny. I’d highly recommend it.

Finished Maria Holic about a week ago.

Every other character is more interesting and better than the main character Kanako, but she does get rekt constantly by Mariya and Matsurika (for good reason (And thank god for that, she really needs a reality check (my god, if you'd stop lezzing out every 10 secs you'd probably get somewhere in life))).

Decent series, if only for every line that comes out of Matsurika's mouth

still going with fairy tail, now most of the way through Tenrou Island

Also, trying to work my way through Flowers of Evil. I don't want to watch it, but I really want to watch it. It's kind of a mindfuck for me.

going through Tonari no Seki-kun
It's quite good for 5 or 6 min shorts
It's basically the title character slacking off in class in the most elaborate ways possible
here's a good amv of it

I freakin' loved that show. The Shogi episodes were probably my favorites.

I actually kinda hated the ED at first, but then it grew on me.

I'm watching Princess Jellyfish. Has some really good humor to it and feels a bit different from your typical sol comedy anime, which I like.
Also about halfway through Charlotte, seems alright so far, but nothing gripping.
Re-watching School Rumble at about an episode a day. God I love this show.

finished fairy tail season 5
after hearing it was supposed to be really terrible from my brother,
found it was actually not bad for a filler arc, though it take a while to get past the stupid filler villains

Watching the Koihime Muso trilogy. This is one of those guilty pleasure shows. The cast is 95% female, 20% of them lesbian. Spear-fighting and fanservice. Very colourful too.
The worst thing about it is trying to keep track of everybody's names, every character has three handles- something to do with Chinese formality or something, and a lot of them are difficult to pronounce: Kan'u, Chou'un, Ryuubi...

Mayoiga / The Lost Village. Only one episode in. The way Japanese pronounce “Hippopotamus” is bloody hilarious.

Started Food Wars after AWO give it a positive critique.
Defeating your enemies by making them flavorgasm? Amusing. I can run with that.
That food does look damn sexy. Reminds me of those M&S adverts from a few years back.

Watching Blue Exorcist after putting Working!! on hold. On episode 18 already and loving it so far. Will probably try and finish My Hero Academia afterwards.

I just started watching the original Mobile Suit Gundam. The reused animation is REAL, but the show is great nonetheless.
Also, WHY IS AMURO SUCH A WHINY/SELFISH ASSHOLE?!

Pulled the Excel Saga out of storage and it's one of my all time favs. Currently on season 3.
Off the wall question. Anyone else got Netflix? They have been stepping up on anime titles lately.
